Modifying a Data Listing

Data Listings can only be modified whilst in 'Draft' status. A new version of the Listing may need to be created if the Listing is in 'Approved' or 'Rejected' status.

Draft status

  • A listing is created in draft status.
  • You will be able to edit the content such as the title, description and data package in the listing.

For review status

  • When a listing is submitted for approval, it is in for review status.
  • Details of the listing can no longer be edited. However, contents of the data package can still be edited via the Manage Data screen from the left navigate menu.
  • If you need to modify details in the listing, contact your publisher and ask them to reject the Listing. This will enable you to create a new version in draft to edit and re-submit for approval.

Rejected/Approved status

  • Once a listing is approved or rejected, the content of the listing cannot be edited. However, contents of the data package can still be edited via the Manage Data screen in the left navigate menu.
  • For the latest approved version of a listing, you will be able to amend the visibility setting for the Catalog. However, details in the listing cannot be edited, with the exception of editing the content of a package via the Manage Data screen.
  • If you need to modify details in the listing, create a new version in draft to edit and re-submit for approval.
