As you load data onto the platform, there can be a few issues that can arise.

In this article, you will learn about how to resolve issues with:

Loading data onto the Data Republic platform

File not uploading through the UI

Check to make sure that your file/s are less than 100MB in size.

Loading data into a table in your database

When loading data into a table, these are the following errors that you can receive:

Validation Status:File validation failed, and so was not loaded. Please check and correct errors and retry.

By clicking on the 'Show Errors' button to see the cause of your issue. The most common errors are:

  • a row having extra columns than the schema,

  • the date is formatted incorrectly (should be "YYYY-­MM-­DD")

You will need to resolve these issues in your own system, and then reload the file to the Data Republic platform.

Validation Status:File could not be validated due to a server error. Please try again or contact support.
