At Data Republic we take a continuous improvement approach to our Platform and we're committed to delivering to our Customers the value of improvements and new functionality as quickly as possible.

Platform maintenance and upgrades, where impact to you during the release is minimal, generally occur during our weekly maintenance window. However, some deployments have a bigger impact. When deployments have a large impact or downtime we will advise you with plenty of notice so that you can plan accordingly.

The Weekly Maintenance Window

An after-hours weekly maintenance window in each region is set so we can deliver more value to you faster. During the window, you will be able to access to our Platform, though there may be brief periods where certain services or functionality are not available.

Process for Scheduled Platform Downtime

In circumstances where we need to display our maintenance page and users will have no access to our Platform, we will advise you by email one week before the release to let you know the date, time and duration of the downtime so that you can plan your activities accordingly.
