Data Republic’s Senate platform is designed in a way that ensures Data Custodians have full control of all aspects relating to the storage and access to their data. The secure storage and exchange options are fully compliant with relevant privacy laws in Australia, Singapore and the US.   Primarily, it is up to the Data Custodians to ensure that they have the legal and contractual permissions to license data, internally, externally or across jurisdictions. Data Republic supports this at a granular level by providing different licensing authorizations for each data set on the platform.

In addition, our tokenization and de-identified distributed Senate Matching technology ensures that organisations are able to exchange and match individual data sets without the PII itself ever leaving their organisation.
